How long does it take to get a quote?
For standard items from our collections, we can typically provide pricing within 24 hours. Custom projects require a consultation first, after which we provide quotes within 3-5 business days depending on complexity.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within India. For international inquiries, please contact us to discuss possible solutions based on your location and requirements.
Can I modify an existing design?
Absolutely! Most of our designs can be customized in terms of dimensions, materials, and finishes. We'll provide adjusted pricing based on your requested modifications.
What's your lead time for custom pieces?
Standard lead time is 4-6 weeks from design approval. More complex projects may take 8-10 weeks. Rush services may be available for an additional fee - inquire for details.
Do you offer trade discounts?
Yes, we offer special pricing for interior designers, architects, and trade professionals working on client projects. Please mention your professional affiliation when contacting us.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, UPI, and all major credit/debit cards. Custom projects require a 50% deposit with balance due before delivery. EMI options available for purchases over ₹25,000.
