Product Information and Orders

We strive to display accurate product information, including descriptions, images, and prices. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is entirely accurate, complete, or current. All products are subject to availability.

Custom Orders

Custom furniture orders require special consideration:

• Custom designs require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin work
• Final approval of designs is the customer's responsibility
• Minor variations in materials are inherent to handmade products
• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees

Standard Orders

For standard products from our collections:

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude shipping unless stated
• We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason
• Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order
• We may limit quantities available for purchase

Payments and Pricing

We accept various payment methods as indicated at checkout. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method you provide.

Pricing Information

All prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors regarding price or product information. For custom projects, final pricing may vary from estimates based on actual material costs and labor hours.

Taxes

You are responsible for all sales, use, value-added, or other taxes associated with your order. We will charge applicable taxes as required by law.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on product size, destination, and shipping method selected. Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Delivery Process

For local deliveries in Thane/Mumbai, we provide white-glove service including in-home placement and basic assembly. For outstation deliveries:

• Products are carefully packed for safe transit
• Signature is required upon delivery
• You must inspect items immediately and note any damage on the delivery receipt
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Risk of Loss

All items purchased are delivered by a third-party carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of most of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, please contact us immediately.

Standard Products

For non-custom items from our collections:

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Items must be in original, unused condition
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds will be issued minus any shipping charges

Custom Products

Custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded except in cases of manufacturing defects. Any approved returns of custom items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and all products we create are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary information without our express written consent.

Ownership

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to our website, services, and products, including all related intellectual property rights. No transfer of ownership is implied by these Terms.

Design Rights

All custom designs created by RusticHiveDecor remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use the physical product but not to reproduce the design.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

In case of disputes, we adhere to strict legal frameworks and offer fair resolution processes. All disputes will be governed by the laws. By using our services, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms and agree to their enforcement.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them will be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. The courts in Thane, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal proceeding, we agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiations. If unresolved after 30 days, either party may pursue other legal remedies.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions or consolidated claims.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RusticHiveDecor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Product Use

You agree to use our products for their intended purposes and in accordance with any care instructions provided. We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use or maintenance.

Website Use

We do not guarantee that our website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your own technology to access our site.

Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RusticHiveDecor regarding the subject matter and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

Waiver

No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
